At CT Wolves Lacrosse, our mission is to recruit, mentor, and develop exceptional student-athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels academically and athletically across youth, high school, and collegiate lacrosse.
Founded in 2019 by John Mathews, CT Wolves was built on the belief that elite development extends beyond the field. We are committed to fostering discipline, leadership, character, and a relentless work ethic that prepares our players for success in college and in life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Player Development
- CT Wolves team members gain exclusive access to structured, year-round training designed to maximize individual growth and long-term performance. Our progressive model helps athletes refine their skills, elevate their lacrosse IQ, and compete with confidence.
Fall Programing
- Positional skill training and small group drills focused on developing individual skills and increasing pace of play. A key emphasis is learning how to compete and make decisions in unsettled situations.
Winter Programing
- Positional skill training with continued focus on strengthening individual fundamentals and position-specific development.
Spring/ Summer Programing
- Players receive advanced positional training and structured team development to prepare for the summer tournament season, emphasizing speed, discipline, and cohesive play.
