Our mission is simple: to train, mentor and develop serious student athletes who are willing to put in the hard work required to grow both as lacrosse players and as people. Our goal is to develop players on and off the field by teaching the nuances of their respective positions, while emphasizing team play and the development of lacrosse IQ. We also strive to cultivate leaders with a strong blue-collar work ethic, traits that build character and translate well beyond the field.
First and foremost, our foundation is our CULTURE . We strive to develop, train, and create an amazing EXPERIENCE for the players and families. Our coaching style emphasizes positive reinforcement and in-depth instruction, helping players become better lacrosse athletes while learning to win with class and lose with grace.
As players progress through our program, our leadership's deep relationships within the lacrosse community allow us to recruit and retain top tier coaches, gain access to selective tournaments, and consistently place our players in the best position to succeed at the next level.
While maintaining a high level of competition, we make every effort to accommodate families by offering convenient practice and tournament locations throughout the fall, winter and summer seasons.
During the summer we will practice/train outdoors at Greens Farms Academy in Westport, CT. The CT Wolves East teams will practice in either Killingworth or Guilford High School.
In the winter we will practice/train indoors at Insports Trumbull, for both Box Lacrosse (CT Knights) and Positional Training.
Each team will have multiple coaches. Our Head Coaches are seasoned professionals with actual coaching experience at one or more of the youth, high school or collegiate ranks. Please check out our bio section.
Wolves will attend the appropriate tournaments for their respective age groups each fall and summer. We strive to be competitive at each event, and will choose wisely to match up correctly and allow our high school players to get recruited as well at certain tournaments.
Fees vary by age group. We offer payment plans to help spread the cost over the year. Registration fees are non-refundable. Once a spot is accepted, families are responsible for the full program fee, including any remaining balance on a payment plan if they choose to withdraw.

Player development happens at different times for every athlete. If your son is not selected for a Tournament Team, we encourage him to continue training and to try out again in future seasons. In some limited cases, players may be offered an opportunity to participate as an alternate or practice player. Wolves Lacrosse Club also offers clinics, camps, and small-group or private training, and we would welcome the opportunity to continue working with your son as he develops.
